The University of Nebraska Medical Center's outdoor ice skating rink is offering a $10 pass for the entire family on Saturdays until Feb. 28, when it closes. The pass includes admission and skate rental.
The rink, which opened in December, is located between 40th and 42nd streets, and Dewey Avenue and Emile Street.
The Saturday family pass is valid between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Regular hours are weekdays from 4 - 8 p.m.; Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.; and Sundays from noon - 8 p.m. The rink is also open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Regular admission, which includes skate rental, is $5 for individuals and $20 for families of five or more.
Parking is available in marked campus surface lots 14, 53, 39 and 15S, located off of 40th and 41st streets, between Dewey Avenue and Emile Street. The lots are located northeast, east and south of the ice rink.
